Working closely with cross-functional teams and building partnerships with and between the key suppliers, we created a cohesive showroom with a clear and logical architecture that focussed on the customer perspective rather than supplier territories. This delivered presence and definition for the department, with a clear customer journey. The strategy has been rolled out across B&Q stores.
